Our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy
Our shop is all about bringing you happiness, so we are excited to make sure you're delighted with your purchase.
Check your order as soon as you get it. Reach out immediately if there's anything wrong or unexpected about your order.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we want to know right away. If there is a manufacturing or printing error, we will make it right, either through an exchange or a refund.
Many of our products are created for you individually at the time of your order. Please take special care to ensure that your order is correct and reach out in advance with any questions or concerns you may have. We do not give refunds for issues such as ordering the wrong size or the color appearing differently than on your monitor.
However, there may be other ways we can get creative about making you happy with your order, so contact us if you are unsatisfied in any way. Let's see what we can do!
We have a 15-day return window, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and with its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You may be asked to provide well-lit photos of the item in order to confirm the type of manufacturing or printing error involved. This is not because we don't believe you! This is to provide the best information to our manufacturers and printing partners to expedite your return and to ensure the problem doesn't happen for other customers going forward.
To start a return, you can contact us through the form on this page, and we'll get back to you by email within a day. We will work with you to determine if you are eligible for a return and whether you will receive an exchange or a refund.
Once your return is approved we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your return. We will immediately process the order for your replacement item and communicate with you about its expected delivery time. If approved for a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us again through this form.
